Modalities of Massage Therapy Performed

**Certified in Integrated Energy Therapy** Resets cellular memory and promotes overall body healing.
Swedish: Long, flowing strokes to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation and release toxins. This technique soothes the body and eases the mind.
Deep Tissue: This massage focuses on releasing and relaxing areas of chronic tension using deep pressure. It realigns the matrix of connective tissue, breaks up scar tissue, and aids in the recovery of injuries and overuse.
Neuromuscular: Involves putting pressure on trigger points (muscle contractions) to encourage muscle release.
Shiatsu: Accupressure along the body’s energy pathways that clears blocked energy and helps with healing and pain relief.
Cranial-Sacral: A very subtle realignment of the cranial bones and the sacrum to facilitate proper circulation of the cerebral-spinal fluid (VERY important to your health). It can calm over stressed symptoms and over stimulated nerves.
Sports Massage: Generally deep tissue massage giving particular attention to areas of pain and dysfunction. (includes stretching and exercise advice).
Myofascial Release: Gentle and deep method of stretching and lengthening fascia and releasing painful holding patterns in muscles.
Raindrop Therapy: Application of a specific group of essential oils to the feet and spine to give the body healing and balance.
Reiki Master: Reiki is an energy healing technique that attunes the energy flow within the body and allows for your natural healing process to occur. The practitioner allows Universal Life Force energy to pass through themselves and the recipient with what can only sometimes be called miraculous results! Reiki is used in many reputable hospitals for pain control and relief.
